They are robust enough to be transported to any location, yet their elegant exterior also makes them a great centrepiece for more formal feasts. What’s more, they aren’t just suitable for slow roasting pork, they can be used to cook any joint of meat to perfection, as well as having the capacity to prepare potatoes and vegetables. Our multipurpose machines allow us to prepare high-quality complete meals, including starters, desserts and canapes in settings where this would not normally be possible. Our multi-skilled catering team are just as adaptable as our equipment and they can cook anything, anywhere to a consistently excellent standard.
Our Fresh Food
Some people think that because we often cook in remote locations without an on-site kitchen, that we must pre-prepare a lot of our dishes. This is not the case. Our self-contained and versatile set-up allows us to prepare everything from scratch at your venue, including all of our side dishes and vegetarian options. We will also prepare everything in front your guests and serve your meal right on cue, in a whatever style you have chosen, whether it be a help yourself buffet, or table service provided by our own waiting staff. From big buffets to complex wedding menus, everything is freshly made by our catering team on the day using only the best locally sourced vegetables and dairy products, and the finest ethically-reared meat.
